Belarusian and Latvian prime ministers to meet in Riga November 12

Prime Ministers of Belarus and Latvia Sergei Sidorsky and Ivars Godmanis will have talks in Riga on November 12, BelTA learnt in the Council of Ministers’ Office.

A working visit of the Belarusian Premier will be held at the invitation of the Latvian side. Sergei Sidorsky and Ivars Godmanis are expected to take part in the opening of Belarus EXPO 2008 National Exhibition.

Within the framework of the visit, a “face to face” meeting of the Belarusian and Latvian prime ministers and also a meeting of the Belarusian delegation and the Latvian side are expected to be held. A number of Belarusian-Latvian intergovernmental agreements will be signed.
