Belarus, West show political will to bring relations onto new level

Chairman of the permanent commission for international affairs and national security of the Council of the Republic Nina Mazai said that Belarus and the West have political will to bring the relations onto a new level, BelTA informs.

Belarus is ready to hold a long-term dialogue based on equality and mutual respect in order to develop cooperation with the European Union and the USA, Nina Mazai said. “Our position is open and transparent,” Nina Mazai said.

According to Nina Mazai, the Belarusian side has such political will; the parliamentarians have been notified of this position therefore the dialogue will be continued.
