It is the only automated factory which produces premixes, mixed fodders & superconcentrates for all kinds of animal husbandry & chicken farming.

"Negorelsky grain-processing industrial complex" has available the following capacities for raw material & production storing:

— a grain elevator with 54000 tons capacity for simultaneous grain-storing.

— a raw-material block for 2028 tons of mealy raw products

— a block for finished commodity with capacity of 500 tons & entrucking.

We make a triple quality control: raw-material control, technological process control & output control.

WE PRODUCE AND SALE:

Premixes:

The major vitamin supplier for production of premixes is a German firm BASF. The products are manufactured on the Dutch technological line of the firm Van Aarsen. The equipment has a system of precise multi-component weight dosing which makes it possible to produce the products under the scientifically founded receipt taking into account the needs animals of different species, breeds, age & productivity.

Foreign equipment guarantees a high dosing precise, quality & smoothness of mixing of biologically active substances, a high grade of dispersity.

The yearly output of premixes is 21000 tons.

Mixed fodder:

Complete feed, including granulated with a glance of scientifically founded norms of components uptake which provides an adequate animal & bird feeding.

Superconcentrates:

It is destinated for mixed fodder manufacture at customers using the available raw grain. Adding superconcentrates to mono-grain forage balances the forage by proteins, amino acids, vitamins, trace substances.

The yearly output of superconcentrates is 30000 tons.

Adding biologically active substances lowers feed consumption & raises the efficiency of its assimilation by animals.
